The works were to provide high quality office accommodation for Wilsons Solicitors LLP. The works were executed whilst the premises were vacant.
The nature of the fit-out was for the purpose of providing comprehensive office facilities comprising of new office, interview rooms, toilets and kitchen areas.
The scheme was designed by Architects MERK and contract administered by Consultants Murray Birrell.
