TCL Group joins the new LHC RM3 Refurbishment & Modernisation Framework

We are pleased to announce that TCL Group has been appointed to the LHC RM3 Refurbishment & Modernisation Framework serving London and the South East.

Framework Duration: 1st March 2024 to 29th February 2028

The RM3 Framework is designed to support the public sector, local authorities and housing associations carry out essential refurbishment and modernisation works to raise the quality of both domestic and non-domestic building, increase living standards and improve lives and places for tenants and communities as efficiently as possible.

Workstream Categories:

  • Workstream 1: Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works
  • Workstream 3: Painting & Decorating
  • Workstream 5: Multi-Disciplinary Works

Call-Off Award Options:
The framework allows clients the option of:

Option 1: Direct Award (without the need for further competition)
Option 2: Mini-Competition

Through our position on the framework, we will have the opportunity to work with LHC partners on a variety of projects delivering value for money, cost certainty and meaningful and beneficial social value outcomes.
