TCL was commissioned by Swale Council as a Partnering Contractor to undertake Responsive Repairs and Planned Building Maintenance to their municipal buildings across the Borough of Kent.

This Partnering contract introduced TCL as a strategic Partner involved in the complete process from assessment of stock condition and delivery of repair/ maintenance thereof. This Framework was delivered through our specialist Repairs and Maintenance Division.
