TCL was originally appointed in 2009 as sole provider of maintenance, internal and external improvement works and responsive repairs including 24/7 call-out service for the authorities public buildings and commercial premises and general ‘non-housing’ stock including listed buildings.
Initially a 3 + 2-year contract it was extended in 2019 (via competitive tender) for a further 8 years as a result of our continued high level of performance and demonstrable value for money.
