With contracts now signed, TCL Group are set to commence working with London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) in April 2018 replacing kitchens and bathrooms to tenanted properties located within the ‘Garratt Hub’ covering South and West London, Kent and Sussex.

In addition to kitchens and bathrooms, the works will include general building works, minor and major aids and adaptations, electrical testing/works and asbestos management.
