Appointed in April 2016, TCL was commissioned to undertake a range of Fire Safety Compliance Works to sheltered accommodation units (Phase 3) and general needs flats (Phase’s 4 , 5 & 6) within Chelmsford and the surrounding area. Working within residents homes and in communal areas works include the following, resident focused services:
