With the contract signed and the pre-construction/mobilisation phase successfully completed, we are set to commence the delivery of the day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance service to the residents of South Acton Community Builders in July 2019.
We are pleased to confirm that, following an extensive competitive procurement process, we recently secured the new ‘Building Fabric Repairs & Maintenance’ contract with the Royal Borough of Greenwich to maintain and service their corporate property estate and assets across the borough.
Following our successful delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services over the last three years in partnership with THCH, we are pleased to confirm that our current contract has been extended to April 2021.
Our membership of the recently renewed 2018-2021 Minor Works Framework has generated three school refurbishment contract awards within the borough, all to be undertaken in the forthcoming summer holidays.
In readiness for a busy 2019 we have embarked on a major investment in new vehicles and taken the opportunity to give them a fresh new look whilst maintaining the TCL brand that is a regular sight in and around London.
