FIRE RISK & MITIGATION FRAMEWORK
Following an extensive qualification and tender process we are pleased to confirm that TCL Group have been appointed to the new Fire Risk & Mitigation Framework.
FIRE RISK COMPLIANCE WORKS – PHASE 6
Following the successful completion of Phase 5 earlier in 2017 we are pleased to confirm that we will shortly be working with Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) once again to undertake Phase 6 to residential blocks within Mid, South and North Essex.
OCKFORD RIDGE – EMPTY HOME REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME
TCL have been successful in securing the contract to undertake major internal remodelling and external refurbishment works to 12 empty homes at Ockford Ridge in Godalming, Surrey.
2-YEAR MINOR BUILDING WORKS FRAMEWORK
With contracts signed, TCL are set to commence working with Harrow Council undertaking a refurbishment programme across the borough.
