scope of works

In order to accommodate a new Local Police office facility within the confines of the present town hall building, the council initiated a ‘Tenancy Enablement’ Programme of works. This comprised of a general office refurbishment together with major M&E upgrades that created a fully serviced, prepared shell package of works within the lower ground floor of the building for the new tenant to fit-out.

Although the works were contained within a vacant part of the building, due consideration had to be given to both staff and the general public that were utilising the other parts of the Town Hall
