FIRE RISK COMPLIANCE WORKS – PHASE 6
Following the successful completion of Phase 5 earlier in 2017 we are pleased to confirm that we will shortly be working with Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) once again to undertake Phase 6 to residential blocks within Mid, South and North Essex.
OCKFORD RIDGE – EMPTY HOME REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME
TCL have been successful in securing the contract to undertake major internal remodelling and external refurbishment works to 12 empty homes at Ockford Ridge in Godalming, Surrey.
2-YEAR MINOR BUILDING WORKS FRAMEWORK
With contracts signed, TCL are set to commence working with Harrow Council undertaking a refurbishment programme across the borough.

FIRE DOCUMENT CABINET
The focus on ensuring current fire risk assessment documents and the fire log book are safely stored on the premises under lock and key and easy to find has increased significantly following recent events.
As part of our Fire Risk Assessment works we are promoting the installation of lockable Fire Document Cabinets.
Designed to hold standard A4 size files they are an effective method of keeping all documents and plans that a fire officer would need as part of an inspection or emergency .
Required by law, this effective solution can be incorporated in your fire risk assessment plans, securely installed and with nominated key holders providing a clear demonstration of your commitment to the wellbeing of your residents.
