TCL Group joins Fusion 21’s Building Improvements Framework
We are pleased to announce that TCL Group has been appointed to Fusion 21’s ‘Building Improvements Framework’.
Lot 9: Internal & External General Repairs & Improvement Works
The framework agreement commences in January 2024 and will be in place for 4 years, providing a flexible and efficient procurement solution for all public sector bodies looking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake multi-disciplinary internal/external improvement works that not only include include multiple elements of Lots 1-8 but additional, non-defined, works related to the maintenance, improvement and repair of properties including the social housing sector.
Through our position on the framework, we will have the opportunity to work with Fusion21 members on a variety of projects whilst delivering value for money, cost certainty and meaningful and beneficial social value outcomes.
