Following a successful competitive procurement process we are pleased to confirm that Clissold Housing Co-operative Ltd and Playle & Partners have appointed TCL Group to undertake pre-painting repairs and external and internal cyclical redecorations to residential blocks within Clissold Road.

HAVERING EDUCATION BROKERAGE SERVICES SMALL BUILDING WORKS FRAMEWORK
We are pleased to confirm our continued appointment to the 4-supplier ‘Havering Education Brokerage’ framework that provides a dedicated procurement support mechanism for educational establishments throughout the borough.
A 4-year framework for small building works up to a value of £100,000, the range of services available to all brokerage subscribers includes:
- Responsive Repairs & Maintenance
- Planned Maintenance
- Alterations & Improvement Works
- General Building Works
- Small Capital Works
