scope of works

Acacia Hall Coach House is a 19th century listed building situated within the Dartford Town Centre Conversation Area.

TCL were commissioned to carry out a range of external refurbishment works designed to repair and renew parts of the building fabric.

The refurbishment was undertaken in a careful and sympathetic manner, to ensure the original features and appearance of the building were preserved, in accordance with English Heritage and the Local Authority’s Conservation Officer’s recommendations.
