Appointed in 2003, TCL has worked with CHP for over 19 years providing a range of services focusing on external repairs, maintenance, planned and cyclical works to housing and low-rise sheltered schemes.
The contract was extended in 2017 for a further 5 years via competitive tender and as a result of our continued high level of performance and commitment to effective and sympathetic customer care.
