3+2 YEAR CONTRACT RENEWAL CYCLICAL DECORATION AND REPAIRS

We are pleased to confirm that we will shortly be working with Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) on the new 3+2 year cyclical decoration and repairs contract across all regions and housing stock within Mid, South and North Essex.

The contract will encompass external repairs to windows, doors, canopies and porches and fascia/soffit and rainwater pipes/guttering replacement.
